Service Agreement
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services operated by Wonderbarz Hospitality Group. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. The “Dry Hire” Model
Wonderbarz Hospitality Group operates strictly as a Dry Hire bartending and event staffing service in the state of Connecticut. We do not sell, provide, or distribute alcohol. The Client is entirely responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages for the event.
2. Responsible Service & Right to Refuse
All Wonderbarz bartenders are TIPS-certified and strictly adhere to state liquor laws. We reserve the absolute right to:
- Request valid identification from any guest appearing under the age of 30.
- Refuse service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated or belligerent.
- Cease bar operations if guests attempt to serve minors or violate liquor laws.
3. Liability & Indemnification
While Wonderbarz maintains General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance, the Client agrees to indemnify Wonderbarz Hospitality Group from any claims arising from the Client’s event behavior or consumption of alcohol provided by the Client.
4. Venue Requirements & Permits
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the venue permits outside bartending. Wonderbarz will provide our COI to the venue upon request, but we are not responsible for securing municipal event permits.
5. Payments & Cancellations
To secure a date, a non-refundable retainer fee is required. The initial retainer fee is strictly non-refundable to cover administrative costs and lost booking opportunities.
6. Media and Photography
Wonderbarz reserves the right to take photographs of the bar setup and atmosphere for promotional use. We respect client privacy and will not publish recognizable faces without permission.
